- CENSORED's Entry
CENSORED (O-03-89) is an ambiguous Abnormality, with a visual form made entirely out of red and black 'CENSORED' text bars. While in containment, CENSORED can best be described as a levitating, large vertical censorship bar, with other smaller, differently sized horizontally-oriented bars floating along the vertical bar without pattern; however, this Abnormality is able to reshape its form through shifting the placement of each individual censorship bar component that can be seen. CENSORED's actual form is forbidden from being perceived by the Manager.
Ability[]
Its ability triggers when its 
Qliphoth Counter reaches 0. It will decrease by 1 when:
- Employee who works with it Panics.
Bad Work Result was achieved.
Any Agent who is Level 4 or lower and tries to work with it will Panic instantly (
Overwhelmed). As this also counts as a bad work result, CENSORED will instantly breach.
Agents that are level 5 instead get the 
Hopeless Fear Level damage at the start of work, subtracting 
60% of their Max SP.
Its 
Repression Work is replaced by a Special Work called 
Sacrifice. This work will bring the Wheel of Fortune, which is the same one as Nameless Fetus. The player can click on the wheel to continue or cancel it. When proceeding, the wheel will select a random employee, Agent or Clerk; in the same department that is not panicking to be sent against their will to CENSORED's Containment Unit to be 'consumed' by the Abnormality and increase their Qliphoth Counter by 1, up to a maximum of 2. If there are no more available employees in the department, it will select the ones from other departments instead. However, if there is only one employee available for the Wheel of Fortune (either in the department where CENSORED is, or in the entire facility if no candidates are available in said department), the remaining employee will be automatically selected and sent to CENSORED's Containment Unit as soon as the work has been selected and cannot be canceled.
When the Qliphoth Counter is depleted, the Abnormality will breach. When breaching, its form will change to one similar to a horse, still conformed by censored bars. It 
moves slowly through the facility, it has a sizeable amount of 
HP at 1500, and attacks at close range, dealing 23-26 
Black Damage. Similar to its contained form, any employees Level 4 and lower Panic instantly after encountering it, and Level 5 employees will suffer the Hopeless Fear Level instead.
If it kills an employee it will engulf them in a big censored square, killing and spreading the organs of the employee around, with a long beeping sound, and while the process takes place, the employees in the same area will suffer quick constant 12-17 
White Damage. Afterward, it will return to its previous form and summon a minion, made of the same censored bars. If the Abnormality passes over an employee's corpse, it will take a form similar to a drill, like when in containment, and consume the body of the employee, 
healing itself by 300 HP and summoning another minion. It will remain breaching until it is suppressed or the day ends.
The minions have a small amount of HP at 300, they move slower than the Abnormality and deal 13-16 Black Damage at close range, they are also able to spawn other minions if they kill an employee. As usual, employees that are level 3 and lower will instantly panic ( Overwhelmed) to these minions. However, employees that are level 4 will have the Hopeless Fear Level and level 5 will have the 
Terrified Fear Level, reducing 30% of their Max SP. Due to how Fear mechanics work, any agent, regardless of level, seeing CENSORED and two of its minions will cause them to instantly panic.
Origin[]
CENSORED is an Abnormality so visually horrifying that it causes almost all the employees to become insane, inflicting high mental corruption even through reports of it, thus limiting the talk and works with the Abnormality to only the high level employees. Because CENSORED is able to even make a Manager lose their sanity, the Abnormality's true form has been covered with a blur, or in this case, censor bars, and if the Cognition Filter ever removes the blur and the manager is exposed to it, the only option would be disposing of the manager.
It is known that CENSORED is an entity that can "breed" and create spawn through the use of human bodies, and that every human's body is violently destroyed by whatever process CENSORED performs. However, CENSORED only needs a body to use, even if the individual is no longer living, as shown by its ability during breach. Even given all this, it has a true meaning for its existence, but so far is still censored.
Other notes taken from its log are that only employees of Level 5 or higher can resist the visual aspect of CENSORED, and that the managers panic by witnessing its true form; this indicates that all prior managers aren't of the highest level. This is also considering that the employees in the facility perform without being under the Cognition Filter's effects.

CENSORED responds to the four works in order of best to worst: 
Insight, 
Instinct, 
Attachment and Repression ( Sacrifice). Every employee below Level 5 will panic instantly when entering its Containment Unit.
Like all Abnormalities, its energy output is determined by the number of PE Boxes (Positive Enkephalin boxes) at the end of the interaction.
CENSORED's emotional state is divided into 2 sections: 
Bad and 
Normal. Completing 0-16 E Boxes will cause it to feel Distressed and completing 17-32 will cause it to feel Normal. Its usual cooldown after a task is around 15 seconds. Its Qliphoth Counter is 2.

(CENSORED): It can't be helped. I'm the employee with the highest resistance against cognitive breakdown. I’ve been apathetic towards everything since I was a kid. People often said I lacked empathy and wasn’t normal. However, when I got to work here, my abnormal ability became the key to save everyone. This is something that can never be experienced anywhere else.
Randy: Let me say this again. While it is true that you have the highest resistance among employees, that's only based on human standards. If you begin to suffer from a surge of intrusive thoughts, or you decide to count down from ten but fail to remember what ten even is, or feel an uncontrollable regurgitation of vomit or saliva, or if this place starts to feel like somewhere else other than the company, or you suddenly feel insignificant and think that suffocating is your only hope… you need to leave the Containment Unit immediately.
(CENSORED): If you tell me that one more time, that'll make it thirteen times you've said that now.

"Even after we adopted the cognition filter, many of our managers have lost their minds. Half of them gone because of (CENSORED). Even if we raise the cognition filter to its maximum setting at the risk of having our employees and other Abnormalities being perceived as extremely simple objects, the managers will still be driven insane as soon as this Abnormality comes into sight.
We can’t make our manager blind just because of one Abnormality. We’re stuck in a dilemma. The only solution we could come up with was at the suggestion of one of our employees. It was to cover the Abnormality with a giant set of censors and blurring. Trivia[]
- CENSORED and WhiteNight are the only Abnormalities to be able to make employees panic due to their overall Level and not by their stats level, as well changing the Fear Level impact.
- An employee (level 4 or lower) working on CENSORED in containment will not be saved from Chesed's Boss upgrade. This is due to CENSORED not exactly dealing fear damage to level 4 and lower employees and instead reducing the SP of the employee to 0 and panicking them.
- CENSORED is one of the three Abnormalities that specifically lacks a Good mood range. The other two are Child of the Galaxy and Spider Bud.
