Judgement Bird (O-02-62) - also known as "Long Bird" before Observation level 2 - is a tall bird Abnormality with long, skinny limbs and a crooked neck. Its spherical body is covered with black feathers, along with its arms and wings. Its head is covered by bandages and it has 2 small white wings with red tips on both sides of its head. Balanced on its neck is a golden scale, always tipping to the right with one scale larger than the other.
Ability[]
Judgment Bird's ability will trigger when its 
Qliphoth Counter reaches 0. Its Qliphoth Counter can fluctuate in the following ways:
- Decrease by 1 with 50% chance when getting a
Normal Work Result - Decrease by 1 with 70% chance when getting a Bad Work Result.
Once the Qliphoth Counter reaches 0 Judgement Bird will breach immediately. It has moderately high 
HP at 800 and average 
Movement Speed. When an employee is in the same room as it, Judgement Bird will stop to hold its golden balance for a moment, and after a gleam, all targets in the same room will be greatly wounded with 
Pale Damage (30-40).
If an employee is killed by the damage, a gallow will materialize by them before raising them by the rope, hanging them. Judgement Bird needs some time to perform the attack again and will continue to wander. It will continue to breach until suppressed or the day ends.
Origin[]
Judgement Bird used to be a sentinel of the Black Forest, where it lived with Big Bird and Punishing Bird. It was a fair judge and, after hearing a prophecy, used its golden scale to measure the sins of the creatures to protect the forest and keep the peace. But someone said, "What if the scales don't tip to any direction?". It became worried, so it changed the scale's balance so it would always tip in one direction, guaranteeing a result in any circumstance.
It used to have dazzling eyes which it could use to see through everything, but it gave them to Big Bird to help it protect the forest. Long Bird covered its own eyes with ragged bandages, but still wanted to protect the increasingly dark forest. Long Bird began to lose its once glimmering feathers due to lack of sunlight. As time progressed, the Black Forest started to become saturated by darkness, bad rumors, and daily fights. The three birds merged their strengths to become a new bird to protect the forest, but it caused chaos instead, killing residents and making all the creatures leave in fear. It is unknown when the three became separate once again.
At the end, it was left only with an unfair scale, always tipped to one side. Using this, Judgement Bird never stopped doling out judgement.

Judgement Bird responds to the four works in order of best to worst: 
Insight,

Repression.
Like all Abnormalities, its energy output is determined by the number of PE Boxes (Positive Enkephalin boxes) at the end of the interaction.
Judgement Bird's emotional state is divided into 3 sections: 
Bad, 
Normal, and 
Good. Completing 0-6 E Boxes will cause it to feel Distressed, completing 7-12 will cause it to feel Normal, and 13-24 will make it Happy. Its usual cooldown timer after a task is around 10 seconds and its Qliphoth Counter is 2.

- Its ability allows it to hang all types of employees, even those in different states, like Possessed ones.
- The E.G.O. Gift actually increases the listed Stats by 6, not 3.
- Its E.G.O Gift also prevents employees who wear it from being blinded by The Firebird.
- Judgement Bird appeared briefly near the end of the teaser trailer, being an Unreleased Abnormality at the time, along with other Abnormalities.
- Judgement Bird is the Abnormality with the most alternative and name changes in-game, its other names being Tall Bird and Bird of Judgement (from version 1.0.2.13e).
- Judgement Bird, Big Bird, and Punishing Bird were the first Abnormalities could cause an entirely new Abnormality to appear by an event.
